Our “mission” is to research and discover talent and kitchen excellence from Puglia. Those ancient flavors that modernity makes more and more niche and artisan productions, which for centuries have characterized the boards of Puglia.
Our priority is the quality: to ensure the genuineness of our selections, we exclude a priori middlemen and work directly with local producers in Apulia.
Our craftsmen are specialized in the production of cheese and dairy products, the Apulian wines and olive oil of Puglia. Are those skilled artisans that create the much appreciated salami and sausages, but also those special preserves, pickles, sauces and pates. We have the pleasure to know and spread the art of fresh pasta producers, whose symbol par excellence are the orecchiette, but also all the typical baked goods: breads, tarallini, scones, pastries typical of Puglia. Rounding out the range of products, fruit production and organic vegetables.
Simply put, we make sure to bring to the table the good food!
We cater specifically to chefs, cooks and caterers, restaurant owners and gastronomy, attentive and interested in the rediscovery of traditional Apulian flavors and good food in general, who want to cook and to eat well.
