Scent of hay and wood, north wind, and outdoor life, that’s what the animals need our companies to make our products unique!

  • Dairy products: mozzarella, burrata, ricotta cheese
  • Cheeses: fresh cow’s milk, pepper, red wine, cheese, cacioricotta, provolone, provolone cheese with tomato, walnut, hay, with pistachios
  • goat cheeses: aged, semi-hard, fennel, cacioricotta “reservation” wild
  • sheep cheese: Fresh cacioricotta, cacioricotta semi-seasoned, smoked, sweet and sour, seeds, hay, ash to the primitive wine

We work exclusively with small local artisan companies that use milk at kilometer zero for their productions.
